Finnegan - 9 Months

I was very excited to do Finn's 9 month pictures. Had all these great ideas. Yeah. The problem is, 9 month old children do not. sit. still. So, an hour and a half later, I got about 20 edit-able pictures. Here are my favorite four:

He was crawling as fast as he could toward the camera, trying to grab the lens.

Mom, stop with the pictures already!

I think I'll let someone else take his pictures for his 1 year birthday (Jami - wink, wink).

Je'Tevius and Skylar

I believe the last time I saw Tevius and Skylar was when they were maybe 3 and 7 years old up in Boone. They were the cutest little kids. I know I've seen them here and there since that day at the park in Boone, but they will always be "little kids" in my mind. So when I met up with them in downtown Lincolnton on July 2, I was quite surprised that they had grown up! Here's their mini-sesh:

At the end of the shoot...we were walking back to the car and Skylar informed Sheila (their aunt, my BFF) that they deserved a shake from Cookout. Sheila told Tevius he could have one after he got his senior pictures taken. I don't remember what he said exactly, but he was under the impression that this WAS his senior session and there was no way he was having pictures taken again! It must've been painful, all 35 minutes of it *wink, wink*
