NORTH LINCOLN PROM
Kayla and Savannah were students of mine in (I believe) my 3rd and 4th years of teaching. They are sisters and they were both in my third grade class at S. Ray Lowder. Now, they are a senior and junior at Lincolnton High School. When their mom contacted me to take prom pictures, I was ecstatic. Not necessarily about the picture part - although I am always excited to book shoots - but to see my babies all grown up. Weekend 1 was North Lincoln's prom, as both girls' boyfriends go to school at North. Pictures were taken at Christian Tours. Here are my favorites:

LINCOLNTON PROM
So, this time it's just Kayla. But also Lanie, who was not in my 3rd grade class, but in my reading group in 3rd grade. Also, Nick, who was in my class. It's amazing to see these little humans all grown up...and taller than me. These pictures were taken the very next weekend at Cline Farms in Lincolnton, in the pouring rain.
EAST LINCOLN PROM
I go to church with the Jarvis family, and Cyndi asked me to do a quick mini-session with her drop-dead-gorgeous daughter Samantha, and her jaw-dropping-handsome boyfriend Devin. We trespassed (shhh!) onto an old barn on Killian Farm Rd. in Stanley. Check these out:

And I would have completed the county's four proms is I weren't going to Asheville next weekend (sorry Roxanne). Hope you enjoyed the pictures!
